Youth Programs are designed to keep kids engaged while teaching them the values of perseverance and respect. How to get started: All new members receive a free week at the academy upon your initial visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class you'll be participating in. Our staff & coaches will answer any questions you may have when you arrive. You do not need to schedule your initial visit.

Required gear: Rash guards are required for jiu jitsu (Monday — Thursday). Boxing gloves, turtle shell gloves, and shin pads are required for MMA (Saturday).
