Improve your strength, cardio, and self-defense skills with Kickboxing
Classes will break down kicking and striking combinations that develop your skills as a martial artist, giving you the necessary tools needed to handle yourself in a self-defense situation.
Monday — Wednesday, classes focus on building proper technique and developing winning combinations. Thursdays you'll be able to enjoy a full night of sparring rounds.
Try your first kickboxing class today! Instructors: James Gray, Jaxson Barlow Day/Time: Monday – Thursday 7:15pm – 8:15pm Required gear: Boxing gloves and shin pads (mouth guard required for sparring). If you would like to purchase team SFS gear, you can do so at the academy.
